What we collect
When you set a watch, we collect your email address, your selected tour, date range, and party size. When you save a payment method, Stripe (our payment processor) handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
If you request notifications for a future attraction, we store the attraction name and any email address you provide.
How we use it
- Watch alerts: your email is used to send availability alerts for the watch you created, plus essential service messages (payment failures, watch confirmations).
- Attraction requests: if you ask to be notified about a new attraction, we'll email you when we launch monitoring for it.
- Product updates: we may occasionally email watch holders about new attractions or features. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
What we never do
We never sell your email address or personal information to anyone. We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, our email provider for delivery).
Your control
Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that immediately cancels your watch. You can also contact us at any time to delete your data entirely.
Data security
Payment details are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Our servers use encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout.
