The service

SoldOut Watch monitors publicly available ticket inventory and sends you an email alert when seats matching your watch criteria become available. We do not sell tickets, hold reservations, or guarantee availability.

Pricing

Setting a watch is free. Your saved payment method is charged $19.00 once, when the first alert matching your watch is delivered. If no matching seats ever become available, you are never charged. Monitoring continues after the first alert at no additional charge.

If a charge fails, we will attempt to retry up to three times and notify you by email. Unpaid watches may be paused.

Alerts are not reservations

An alert means seats were available at the moment our monitor checked. Seats are sold first-come, first-served by the ticket operator and may be gone by the time you open the alert. The $19 charge covers the alert itself — finding you the opening — not a guaranteed booking.

Cancellation

You may cancel your watch at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Cancellation stops future alerts. The $19 charge, once applied for a delivered alert, is non-refundable.

Not affiliated

SoldOut Watch is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Alcatraz City Cruises, Hornblower, or the National Park Service. All tickets are purchased directly from the authorized operator.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, including creating excessive watches to evade charges or submitting false information. We may cancel watches that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed alerts, sold-out seats, travel disruptions, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the $19 fee paid, if any.
